PROJECT ACTIVITIES

WP1. Project Management

  • The activities supported by the grant for Project Management and Implementation will be:
  • Defining Project management handbook.
  • Drafting bilateral agreements between the applicant and each partner.
  • Defining reporting templates and periodically developing financial and progress report to the NA.
  • Operational management of the project activities and project teams.
  • Organization and conducting project management face-to-face and virtual meetings.
  • On-going monitoring and evaluation of the project products quality, drafting the Quality Assurance Plan together with internal evaluation/monitoring report.

This activity will be taken care of by the applicant together with the Management Committee and the Scientific Committee. Both panels will ensure that generic deliverables (web site, communication plan, quality plan etc.) and Intellectual Outputs have a high level of scientific and methodological quality. The applicant will draft a Quality Assurance Plan and related report templates

WP2. Communication and Dissemination

Production of a complete plan at the beginning of the project to guide all partners throughout the entire project in each activity concerning the communication of the existence and visibility of the project: how, when and where to disseminate project results

Production of templates for project dissemination materials based upon the guidelines of the communication and dissemination plan (Word template, PowerPoint template, flyer template, Roll-up template). Production of clear guidelines on graphic identity (colours, fonts, shapes and styles) for project materials

All the activities focused on the communication of results that could require minor expenses (conferences, promotional videos, podcasts, TV presence, press conferences) will be undertaken here.

Hosting, design, creation and uploading of the project website. The site will store project news, partnership info, IOS descriptions and all other kinds of news that the consortium will deem relevant.

WP3. Blockchain Knowledge Space

The activity will immediately start tackling the creation of IO1 following the details described in the Intellectual Output section. The first step will be designing the guidelines for the partner to follow during their research of knowledge materials on Blockchain and the tool specification.

In the second stage of the creation of IO1, the BKS will be designed, coded and uploaded on the website. After the tool is finalized the partnership will have full access and will upload the best cases collected in activity 3.1.

WP4. Skill set guidelines – Heritage Marketer CV

The consortium will elaborate an outline document with the skills and competencies that will be at the core of the output: focus on business creation, risk assessment, fundraising, business modelling. EntreComp model from the European Commission will be the foundational point for this activity.

Partners will develop the abovementioned educational resource content to create the ESS The OER will be developed through a mix of different media (Digital text, images, presentation, videos)

The partners will draft a brief feasibility study to assess the correct mix and use of media and teaching methodologies for different parts of the course keeping into consideration the constraints of time and budget. Each module/topic will be reviewed considering different approaches to be adopted to facilitate the learning process and the partnership will then distribute the actual production of each module according to the partner area of skills.

At the end of the production phase all the modules will be collected and merged into one coherent item, providing a solution to facilitate accessibility to the widest public possible.

WP5. Development of the Blockchain Entrepreneur Kit

Most interesting topics that are or will become pivotal for businesses relative to blockchain technologies will be elaborated and outlined. This will be the stepping stone for the creation of the training course.

The partners will draft a brief feasibility study to assess the correct mix of media, documents and other supports to be used in the elaboration along with the teaching methodologies for the various parts of the course, always taking into account the constraints of time and budget. As done similarly for the previous IOs, each module/topic will be reviewed considering different approaches to be adopted to facilitate the learning process and the partnership will then distribute the actual production of each module according to the partner area of skills.

After the training course is finalized, all modules will be collected and merged into one training item. The consortium then will proceed into the creation of the general training course by merging the Entrepreneurial Starter Set and the Blockchain Entrepreneur Kit into one object or creating an additional access layer that would allow access into the entire produced material in an integrated manner.
